We serve all neighborhoods within Seattle city limits and surrounding areas within 15 miles of downtown. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us and we'll let you know!
How do I book a walk or hike?
Simply create an account on our website, add your dog's profile, and book through our online scheduling system. You can choose your preferred date, time, and service type. We'll match you with an available walker and send you confirmation details.
Are your walkers insured and bonded?
Yes! All our walkers are fully insured and bonded. We also conduct thorough background checks and verify that each walker is certified in pet first aid and CPR.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled walk or hike for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen—please contact us if you have special circumstances.
Can I request a specific walker?
Absolutely! Once you've found a walker your dog loves, you can request them for future walks. We'll do our best to match you with your preferred walker based on their availability.
What happens if my dog has special needs or behavioral issues?
We work with dogs of all temperaments and needs! When you create your dog's profile, you can note any special requirements, fears, or behavioral considerations. We'll match you with a walker who has experience with those specific needs.
How will I know my dog is safe during the walk?
You'll receive GPS tracking during the entire walk and photo updates showing your dog having fun. After each walk, you'll get a detailed report including the route taken, bathroom breaks, behavior notes, and any observations from your walker.
